BILLING/PAYMENTS QUERIES

We do accept payments on Cheapoflyt through PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card and Bank Transfer

If reservation is cancelled on the day of booking then payment for airline charge is not collected from the account yet. And, any pending charge that you will see on your card will be dropped off in 3-7 business days, depending on your bank procedures. However, few Prepaid Credit Card companies might hold pending charges on the account for 30 days.

Also, if booking is cancelled after the day of booking then funds will be refunded as per the airline policy within 7-14 business days.

When booking for multiple passengers is made, you will see separate charges for each passenger. And any charge for service fee, taxes, baggage or seats will come under the name of Cheapoflyt. Though, when added all, the charges will give you the amount that was quoted.

Yes, with Cheapoflyt it is possible to make reservations with multiple cards. Our customer service team will make the reservation booked for you over the phone. You can reach us at 1800-592-244.

Some banks may charge a Foreign transaction fee if you are making transactions outside of Australia. Your bank will convert the amount to your currency and charge you a fee. The exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined by your bank.

It is not possible to change the credit card once booking is made.
